Adjusting to life transitions, interpersonal struggles, or needing to look inward are compelling reasons to seek therapy. As a therapist with 25+ years of experience, I establish a confidential, trusting relationship and help individuals and couples cope and move forward. My therapeutic approach is collaborative and transparent, informed by advanced training in treating trauma, evidence-based Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFT), Accelerated Experiential Psychodynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP), Core Self Reclamation Therapy (CSRT) and family therapy.
Therapy should be tailored to your needs. My work with adults includes college-age populations. Academic focus, career aspirations, and young adult transitions can be a part of this endeavor.
Multicultural frameworks inform my approach, and I have extensive experience with clients from varying racial and ethnic backgrounds, including immigrant populations. I am equally committed to working with all members of the LGBTQIA+ community.

Emotionally Focused Therapy – For Couples
EFT for couples is recognized as an evidence-based, cutting-edge therapy. By focusing on and altering central organizing factors in both the self and important relationships, this model operationalizes the concepts of attachment science. It does this by using relational systems techniques (aligned with Salvador Minuchin) and non-pathologizing experiential methods (aligned with Carl Rogers). Learn more about ICEEFT therapy.
Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy
Enables clients to process the intense emotions brought on by trauma. It promotes corrective emotional and relational experiences that activate changes in the brain. The undoing of aloneness and the subsequent co-creation of a therapeutic relationship are key features. Learn more about AEDP therapy.
Core Self Reclamation Therapy
Core Self Reclamation Therapy (CSRT) is a relationally bold, novel approach to therapy that aims to dismantle the construct of the Wounded Self in order to liberate the Core Self. The CSRT therapist delves into and dismantles blocks, and shame states that keep clients mired in self-defeating cycles. Learn more about CSRT therapy.
